My order came completely destroyed and the owner Lisa never replaced it or refunded my money back. The company doesn't back up there product nor care about there customer service.I'm taking her to small claims court. She should not be in business and she is going to be reported to local authorities for fraud.All I wanted was my order or a full refund back onto the credit card used which by the way was a gift from my mother who is 70 years old and Lisa knew about this and now she refuses to even talk to me or my mother now she has even blocked me on Facebook which is fine with me because everything is going through the courts now.She changed her return policy on her website to fit this situation. I've never experienced a business who would blame there customer for damaged goods because I gave her a budget of $200.00 upon my order then to cut her corners she used the large usps flat rate box that had no padding inside with a $200.00 order infact the top of the box was buldging and then balamed me because I didn't want to pay for proper shipping costs when that was not the case until it was delivered in a huge plasting bag in a usps portable plastic mail box. There was liquid ( liquid soaps, lotions and glass jars that were wrapped in toilet paper) I have a 3ed party mail service company where I get my mail and packages. They have never had a package look like this upon delivery.in fact it was so damaged they would not send it back to Lisa (owner) She had only $50.00 insurance on a $200.00 order.Once I got it home I had to empty the box outside because it had about 12 smells mainly Lavander which I can't stand now.I had to take pictures and video of the whole process.(Waist of my time and energy ) She then requested for me to empty all of the contents then mail the empty bottles back to her so she can make the claim for $50.00 that she kept. Reality is I can go on and on which is more wasted time on her. So reality is she won't make it in the business world and it's really sad because I thought her product was really good.
