Everyone at EyeKrafters is great to work with! It's always an
enjoyable experience when I come for an appointment.
Until today, like the few others on here, I too thought that the office staff was professional and polite....BOY, OH BOY was I wrong!
The office manager/non-manager: Very condescending, lacks professionalism, and communications skills. FYI....Just because you don't raise your voice when being flippant, doesn't mean that you are being professional, respectful, or communicating well!
The Spanish woman at the front desk: Just couldn't let me leave without saying anything to me! Very smart mouthed and disrespectful! Thinks she knows it all and knew nothing about the office procedure! A lot of mouth for some whom didn't even know why I was so upset!
The Caucasian woman: This one had no idea what was going on and just had to say something to say.
I tried to leave several times, and each time one of these women would say something to me to get a rise out of me, one after the other, like the bullies they are

I've been a patient for many years and have always been happy with the level of care provided by Dr. Koppel and his staff.
I'm on a first name basis with some of the employees at EyeKrafters Medical Optics. It's nice to get that type of personal interaction. It makes me more comfortable.

I always have and always will continue to recommend EyeKrafters Medical Optics to my family and friends. They have helped my eye sight ever since I was young.
Very helpful staff members and a nice, humble Doctor! I always look forward to my visits.

They have a great selection of frames! I love trying them on and taking my time to select new ones every few years.

Provided by SuperpagesEye Krafters is a lovely place to go for your eye care needs. It has a very nice atmosphere.
I've been a patient of Dr. Koppel's for a while now and have never had any problems with him. I have gotten glasses and contacts through him and I think that they are great. They have a$100 section for frames if you don't want to spend more than that on glasses which is nice.
