Auto Polo Body Shop

I was extremely pleased with the work done on my Honda by this body shop. The owner was was very nice and helped me by having the car finished within 3 days of taking it in. The car had been damaged on all angles and now it looks like a brand new ca (Using all Honda certified parts). They also charged me 1/3 of what the other body shops around the town charged for the damage on the car. He ended up waxing and buffering the car on top of fixing the vehicle. I am very thankful for their services and I will be recommending this place to others in need of help.

Much better than the rating!!! I was hit in an accident two days before Christmas, after talking to my mechanic(M.T. Auto) I learned that he does not do body work and I gave him the OK to send my car to a shop that he referred. Turns out it was Auto Polo, after looking them up to see if there was any reviews online. I admit I was worried when I had read the only review I could find which is the one here before mine...Long story short, Polo(Owner) went out of his way with the insurance company to get the fair amount of money it would cost to fix my car. He went above and beyond with his services and my car was returned in much better shape than it was even before the accident. Besides fixing the damage from the accident he also fixed multiple other problems($$) with the interior and exterior of my car and did not charge me a dime. His wife(or secretary) even ported the interior of my car to immaculate condition and he waxed and buffed the exterior of my car. Even though I live and work in downtown Milwaukee(30min away) I will not think twice about taking my future cars back to Polo and gladly referring friends and family to his shop. After rereading the review before mine it sounds petty and circumstantial depending on what side of the story you hear, I did not hear the other side of the story I just know how people take advantage of online reviews just to spite someone or to use as a threat. Well I hope this helps anyone thinking about taking their automobile to Auto Polo I would hope you have the same results that I had. Doug M.

Horrible service...I took my car in to repair small rust that was on the side of the car. A year later, it is worst than when I took it in. Polo, "the owner", lied to me and said he did the job 3 years ago …the funny part is that I moved to Milwaukee a year and half ago!!!! Obviously this people do not stand behind their work and not only that, in addition, they take advantage of women. He charged me a lot of money and did not do what he was supposed to do...”replace the rusted metal with a new metal”. I will take this people to court and I will try my hardest to make everyone aware of their bad services. They are very bad people!!!! Do not give them your business!‎
