  When going to this place, you're simply not treated well. It's sad because the dentists themselves seem to be good people -- they're just not good at monitoring their support staff. Because of this, it is simply shocking how rude both the front desk and billing department are. I cannot believe they're still in business!

  This is a horrible organization, stay…

  This is a horrible organization, stay far, far away. The doctors themselves are great. Dr. Beddall is an excellent cosmetic dentist, however his support staff is a nightmare and they are, no joke, malicious.
  
  I had a bill for approximately $50.00. I never received notice for this bill. They sent it to collections and ruined my credit score. When collections contacted me, as South Miami Dental should have, I immediately paid the tiny bill. When I called South Miami Dental, and inquired about the bill, they were very rude to me and told me that it is my problem and not theirs. They had no sympathy. They could have cared less, even though my credit score is ruined from their incompetence.
  
  Since I don't trust them, and fear they will reveal more mysterious bills that will further ruin my credit score, I've had to call them every few months to make sure I dont have a balance. During these calls, they are very rude and have no patience. For instance, when I inquired into my bill, I was told that I have no 'general' bill, but they couldn't tell if I had a 'specialist' bill. I asked what the difference was and I was treated as if I was asking a ridiculous question. So reader, I ask you, is it common knowledge to know exactly what procedure fits in what category?
  
  If you want to be treated like you don't matter. If you want to deal with an incompetent billing department that willingly and maliciously ruins credit scores, then go to South Miami Dental. This is a nightmare that won't end.
