McHugh Athletic Performance Center

I love this place and my sons love this place! We are very thankful that it opened so close to our home. I take my sons on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings for the 8-10 yr olds youth classes. Both of my boys are very athletic and play multiple sports during the year. In the short amount of time they have been working with Sean and the other trainers my boys have definitely gotten better with their agility, speed and proper body positioning. They wish they could go everyday. As a former collegiate coach I know that the drills that my boys are doing work and that they are being taught properly because they are the same drills we used for our collegiate athletes. I would recommend to any parent or athlete to sign up. Be sure to get your kids in the right age groups as each class is built for age appropriate growth.
