  Emerald bay rd. Uhaul

  This Uhaul has a horrible staff!! I came in to ask if I could rent my trailer one more day and got the run around of my life!!! I arived at Uhaul at 8:30 a.m. and had to look around for the staff for 10 minutes. After locating the woman that worked there I had to wait 10 more minutes for her to get done talking to her boyfriend that had rode up on his bycicle. Apparently he brought her breakfast because she had a mouth full of food the whole time she was TRYING to help me. After about 20 minutes she told me that she could proceed no further without my i.d. and sent me home to get it. On my way home i received a call on my voice mail. It was her saying she was going to call the police and tell them I had stole a trailer!!! I would never had left with the trailer except SHE TOLD ME TO!! When I returned with the trailer and my i.d. she was still eating and yelling at me like i was a crook! Without any eye contact she had someone unhook the trailer and handed me my receipt for the previous day.Never go to this uhaul unless you want to be treated like a criminal and have you precious time and gas wasted!
