This place is really old and it shows. I was very discouraged about the rooms. The beds were old and hard as a rock the carpet was old and nasty, the walls outside were all scratched up. The pool was not working IT IS NOT HEATED DURING THE WINTER!!! Also, the hallways were FREEZING!!! No Heat in Hallways I guess! I had several people coming to stay here for our wedding that weekend! Was very upset! BUT when I went and talked to the front desk about the rooms they were EXTERMELY NICE AND UPGRADED THE WHOLE PARTY TO KING SIZE BEDS FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!! Also, for the ones in the party that didnt want to stay there they cancelled there Resvervations free of charge. The KING SIZE BEDS were very comfortable and new!!! The 3rd Level at this Hotel is a little better. BUT, if I were u I would not stay on the 2nd level of this hotel in the 3 story building if u want to sleep well. Well also had the HONEYMOON SUITE and IT WAS VERY NICE!!! LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES!!!

The Tahoe Seasons is our favorite lodging in SLT. My wife and I love the rooms with the gigantic hot tub, flat screen TVs, refrigerator, coffee maker, and everything else you'd expect. It's probably not the best destination for families with children, as the bedroom doesn't separate from the bathroom area by much more than a curtain, but if it's a romantic getaway, this is the right place. We enjoy that it's off Tahoe's beaten path on the side of the mountain. Some don't like the complimentary valet considering it superfluous, but we enjoy its privilege. It's nice not to have to deal with the car when you're ready to relax. The rooftop area is a lot of fun, and so is the pool and hot tub. The staff is courteous and helpful. We always have a great time.
Big Pines is a great place to stay at very affordable prices. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly. The location is awesome... A couple minutes of walking will have you in the Heavenly Village or in the casinos. They also boast refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, this comes in very handy! Overall they exceeded my expectations.
