Fallsburg Gas Service

HORRIBLE COMPANY
I have been a customer every since this company took over Rasnick Gas. Every since we have had issues with price and delivery problems. They charge $15.00 fuel service charge every time they deliver. They would deliver $20.00 worth of propane then slap that $15.00. Charge on the bill. We called many times to tell them to take us automatic delivery or not come as often. For some reason they continued to do what they wanted and continued this abusive behavior after many phone calls of complaining. They also like to over charge for the propane considerably . Sometimes charging us $2.00 more a gallon then the average of what other companies would charge. I am so happy we finally decided to give up using this company and moved on to someone more caring and fair then Fallsburg Gas Service. Bottom line very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service. They tell you they're going to come and they don't. Been waiting for fill up for going on 2 weeks now. I expressed my concern of running out of fuel and the lady on the phone said you won't run out. Who are you, and how are you to determine this!! I'm appalled. She is very rude, and nasty. The other women is pleasent. Will be looking for a different fuel provider for next winter

I've been a customer of Fallsburg Gas for 11 years, ever since I bought my house. I think the lady who answers the phone is wonderful. They've always given me great service and I think they're a great company.

Customer service sucks. The lady that answers is a rude person always talks over you and never respects her customers. They say they will deliver and never show up, not even a courtesy call.
