Napoli's Italian Family Resturant

On 11/11/2015 I placed an order for Delivery, we have had Napoli's deliver to us several times, and spend anywhere from $100.00 to $120 every weekend. I called and placed an order and after an hour called back to check my status. They stated, the driver called twice and could not get a hold of me. My phone never rang, showed no missed calls, and my Verizon account showed the same. The woman on the phone was polite for she was just simply the waitress, the driver in the background got on the phone, was rude, cursing, screaming and being completely disrespectful, then hung up on me. I called back and got the waitress again, and inquired about my order and again the driver was in the back ground yelling, let that B***H call Dante's, let that B***H call Dante's, they then stated the driver was scared to come to the area which they have delivered too several times. I will absolutely never order from Napoli's again, And I will take the advice of the Driver and try Dantes, who I will make VERY aware where the recommendation came from. You DO not treat people that way!!
