Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience. Super friendly staff. They didn't have the car we requested so they upgraded us to a better car. We were a few minutes late returning the car and the extra day charge was waved. Would absolutely rent from here again.

I fly in and out of Burlington Airport a couple of times a year when I'm coming to Vermont to visit my family, and I have been extremely impressed with the improvements they've made over the past few years. The new terminal, where Jet Blue has their terminals is very nice. It's always spotlessly clean, light, and pleasant. They have a viewing tower in the main terminal where the tower used to be, and you can go in and watch the planes take off and land. You can also see the runway from the restaurant.



Luggage always comes out quickly and the staff has always been great. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that my luggage has turned up wet on a couple of occasions (but it's been several years since that's happened).
