Extremely unprofessional taxi service. Cab driver had blatant disregard for neighborhood during a pickup. The United Cab van was parked on the sidewalk while my 10 month old baby and I were trying to pass. We were forced to walk in the street during heavy traffic. I called United Cab service and asked to speak with a supervisor to report the incident. The owner Christine Huffman answered the phone. She was very rude while I was trying to report the driver, commented about me being an unfit mother, and proceeded to hang up on me. When I tried calling back United Cab service would not answer. I will never use United Cab, and I will tell everyone I know not to use this horrible service too. I've never delt with such an unprofessional company. Two thumbs all the way down. Save yourself the trouble, and call South Bend Taxi, City Cab of South Bend, Blue Ribbon Taxi South Bend, V.I.P. Taxi, or UBER!

Had a scheduled pickup for 4:30 am to the airport. The taxi never showed. The dispach phone number despite being 24 hours on their website didn't answer until 5am. By this time I already called another cab that had picked me up. When I spoke to that person to let them know I would no longer need their services and I was upset that the phones weren't answered for 30 minutes the person was irate because I was upset. I think I had a right to be upset you don't mess with getting to the airport.

terrible taxi. was late to work for days. more worried about running other people then normal folk .BEWARE VERY SLOW AND NO RESPECT. BEWARE BEWARE. call someone else these paople are not right at all

The cab driver was on-time. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Will definitely use again.
