Wekiva Falls RV Resort

I have been going to this place since I was a kid and am so disappointed with what it has become. It has gone through management changes several times but this last one is the worst. They raised prices yet again and now you can't even park at the main pool, you have to carry everything with you all the way from the front gate. It's tough luck too if you don't like the new set up, they refuse all refunds and tell you to leave. Very inconsiderate and uncaring. If you are going to come in and change a business that has been operating for 10+ yrs, you shouldn't deny people their money back when they decide to leave because of these changes.

Very beautiful park, Fun things to do, kids had a good time but the customer service from the employees in the front office and the manager were very poor. There was alot if miscommunication when booking our campsite for the weekend and we were over charged. When asking for assistance from the manager and employees they were very rude and didn't seem to care at all. Other than that we had a good time.

My husband and I were looking for a new place to try close to home. We found Wekiva on the internet and decided to try it out, and we are very glad we did! We have never experienced such great customer service at any other campground. We were escorted to our site, and realized that we would have enough cord to reach the electrical post (our site was so big!) the girl was very pleasant and ran back up to the office to bring a cord down for us to borrow during the weekend. The grounds itself are very clean, and you can see the efforts being put into this place. We had heard it was under new ownership, and they are doing a great job. We have camped at the state park nearby and a lot of the landscaping of this park looked the same, but we were very thankful for the modern amenities like cable and WIFI. My husband and I also enjoyed lounging by the pool. If you are looking for a great weekend getaway, or a place to stay for awhile, I would recommend Wekiva. They are so helpful it makes your stay that much better! Keep up the good work!

My wife and I are new RV'res. We chose Wekiva Falls Resort for our first RV adventure, and took advantage of their one month lot rental. The returns are more than we expected. Gary (one of the family owners) was very helpful and kind in getting us settled in and comfortable. As we set up our camp we had issues with our A/C (not working). He was extremely helpful with suggested alternatives. The grounds are extremely clean and there is always someone patroling the swim areas to "tiddy up" after day trekers to the lagoon. The resort is pet friendly and everyone who brings one is respectful for those who do not. I have found all of the staff to be very courtious and friendly. I would and have recommended Wekiva Falls Resort to friends and others. Currently, they are getting our RV adventure off to a GREAT start.

My family and I camped at Wekiva two weeks ago and had a great time. We stayed during the weekend and got to listen to the dj. Our kids had fun swimming in the spring. Our site was very large. The electric was a little far away, but we were able to borrow an extension cord during our stay. This park is so clean. It is easy to see people working all the time picking up trash. The office was very friendly. We are looking forward to returning for Labor Day Weekend.
