        Bought my car in 2011. Have gotten the service done there since always as awalk in. No appt. don't do appt because I hate having plans last minute and having either not to show or cancel. Went a few days ago and the young man was rude because I didn't have an appt. My service was due. So I had to go somewhere else. Very disappointed.
