Quail Property Management

I would not recommend going through this property management company. It is very clear that Mike does not know rental laws and is only in it for the money. Mike and the property owner of the house I was renting swindled my husband and I out of money. The owner took our money to update and fix his property so it didn't have to come out of his pocket. The list of items he gave was laughable. My husband went into Mike with the list of charges and the tenant laws to show that the owner was not allowed to charge us for certain things. Mike said he saw nothing wrong with the charges. I would not recommend using his company to anyone.
