Stay away!! I am still suffering from their incompetence 4 years after my cataract surgeries. And that doesn't even begin to go into how uncaring these people are. I had 2 simple cataract surgeries and now have problems in both eyes.

My left eye has large star-bursts whenever lights hit it...making it extremely difficult to drive at night. Dr Felton sold me a "special" lens for my operation that cost an extra $1000 that the insurance didn't cover. He couldn't understand what went wrong.

My right eye is like looking through Vaseline.

They tried a few painful procedures to try to correct the problems and finally told me they didn't know what happened and that I would get used to it if it didn't go away. It didn't go away and I'm still not used to it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these people. It's all about the money for them.

My husband saw Dr. Brand (instead of our long-time trusted eye dr, for insurance reasons). This office is all about making $$, booking appts every week "just to check things" and prescribing VERY expensive eye drops. After 8 visits, and very high out-of-pocket expense, we decided to go back to our dr, regardless of insurance - because something about this office didn't feel right. We found out there was no inflammation, and my husband was being treated for a non-existent condition. Lesson learned.. trust your instincts.

My experience has been awful. I merely want simple contact lenses and I've had to endure multiple appointments with their ONE SINGLE contact coordinator, Phyllis who is hard to get an appointment with (because she's the ONLY one) and then you wait sometimes an hour when you arrive to even see her for a couple of minutes. The initial appointment was over 3 hours NEEDLESSLY. There is absolutely no justifiable reason for it. It could be done in under an hour. EASILY. And then it's a process of taking home lenses for 2 weeks and if they don't work out, you get to come back and repeat another 2+ hour appointment every couple of weeks (and hope your boss doesn't mind) while trying desperately to find an open spot that Phyllis might have (and I am flexible to use ANY of their locations). This goes on endlessly. So now I just want to order the damned contact lenses but NOOOOO. I have called and left messages and have yet to hear from Phyllis. I will not order the lenses through them because it'll probably take 3 weeks and then Phyllis will likely insist I come in and try them on in front of her, yet again. Come on people. This is NOT rocket science. You have made your point. Cleanliness is KEY. Wash and dry your hands before popping in your lenses, DO NOT sleep in them. Wash out your case. Air dry it. Be responsible so you don't get a nasty eye infection and risk sight loss. I could have watched a video for 10 minutes and been done with it. I'm just EXHAUSTED and drained and find myself wanting to go into a Lens Crafters and getting help ON THE SPOT. This should NOT be so complicated. Phyllis is lovely but slower than molasses and overbooked. I would use NEGATIVE stars because it pains me to use even one star.

A con job. Paid almost $3000 after insurance paid several thousand. Conned me into the expensive lenses representing that I would not need glasses except for reading after surgery. Still need bifocals. A waste of money. Questionable competence/ Run, do not walk from these money grubbers.
