The service I received from the women at the front desk was disgraceful. They refused to answer questions, spoke to me on a degrading and condescending manner. One worker flat out refused to move granite so I could make my final selection. She stated they would only move it if it was my "final"choice. What kind of service is that? No car dealer would require you to make a final decision before you test drove a car. The granite we chose, may or may not be the best choice we could have made. The beauty of the granite is tarnished by the ugly process we had to endure to pick it out. I recommend any other granite warehouse over Mont Granite.

rude. no one offered to help me when i walked through the door. sent the wrong material to my fabricator, had to send it back and waited weeks for them to ship it.

Not helpful. They barely could answer any of our questions. They have a beautiful selection but the prices were outrageous.

Terrible experience. Worst customer service. I was waiting for over ten minutes for someones assistance. I will never go back there again.
