I hate to say, but this was the worst experience I have had ever with my horse. The veterinarians are new grads and have minimal experience. The customer service is terrible. Rude, insulting and just shocking! I called to share my concerns anomously with the customer service department, just to be told that they have Caller ID and know who I am... Seriously! I was trying to be polite and not make a 'big' deal out of something that they could simply handle themselves. It was unprofessional as the visit was to our home. We have had two other second opinions since and they are the opposite of Pilchuck's. Both the other vets agree and have a much more positive approach and our my horse enjoys both of them. In addition, they were both more informative and HAPPILY answered questions in detail for me! I would NOT reccoment Pilchuck to anyone!
