If you are doing a project that includes cabinetry, whether a basement bar, kitchen, or even a bathroom vanity, then understand that it can take 6 weeks to get these cabinets after ordering them (which does not include the phase before; designing the cabinet layout)

Legacy Renovations far exceeded my expectations. They remodeled my 4200 square foot house including 4 total bathroom renovations as well as a new kitchen, upgraded trim and lighting installations. Simply the best!
Flooring
WHY NOT?: We are built as a design-build company, with a team of people that each supply support for each project. If we were only doing a flooring project, these assets (the designer, the showroom, etc.) would not be utilized and thus, our cost for such a small project would be higher than a single sub-contractor or tradesman that provided JUST flooring installations.

Legacy Renovations did it all; the plumbing, electrical, design, tile work and artful carpentry. The position requires basic knowledge of a variety of trades within the residential remodeling industry. Position requires: assisting lead carpenter or project manager to deliver a superb remodeling experience to our clients; performing material take-offs, ordering materials, and scheduling vendor deliveries; verifying all material deliveries for accuracy; performing all phases of carpentry; and contributing to meeting budget and time targets for projects.
Handyman Services
Although we provide many additional services to our current clients as add-ons to our larger remodeling projects. Generally we do not provide these same services separately. These include small projects that a handyman would likely do, or a tradesman would take on.
