Americanized-yes. I feel like the staff does the best they can given the conditions. I always see 1-2 cooks and 1-2 servers even at peak times. I am always patient with those wearing a headset. Working drive-thru within the walk-in area makes it difficult to multitask. I gave up on going within the last hour before they close. Pickings are slim and not as fresh but I can guarantee that's management's fault trying to understaff and run them out at closing time.
Great service! the boss sandy went above and beyond to make our lunch experience a great one, he even came to our table to check on us. I am from California and have never experienced service so good especially at a fast food restaurant, service was great workers were very sweet and the place was very clean....thank you all we will be back
I was suprised at how great the service was as soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles, the food was delightful, the service was excellent and it was clean i had a great time one of the best fast food experience I've ever had.
