AT&T Store

My daughter and I have been going to this store for the past several years - We have always been satisfied when we left. This past week we had a problem with one of our phones and Jay and Jason both helped us. They were determined to solve the problem and took extra time to make it happen. We were still there at closing time and were talking to the insurance department. Jay hung around instead of leaving on time just to make sure that the problem was corrected. I would highly recommend this AT&T store - You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to this location for about one year now! Great service ... Plus.. I can pay my bill for phone and cable! The associates have NEVER been rude to me !! 5 star store

Horrible experience. I was treated like an idiot and was embarrassed to ask any questions. The girl I worked with did nothing to help and the rest of the employees watched and rolled their eyes as I was forced to fix a problem that I clearly didn't understand with my phone. I could not leave fast enough.

This store is terrible. Managers, including store manager, not only refused to provide any kind of customer service, they lied about what really happened and told us they didn't care if we filed a complaint with ATT because they didn't have to listen to them anyway. Don't exoect to get any kind of good service if there are issues. They even hung up on the ATT customer service representative trying to explain the situation to them!

We had a terrible experience at this store. Manager AND employees were very rude and not willing to help us at all. Lied to customer service about what really happened.
