Awesome company.
Awesome company. I called and talked to Lee, told him my budget and needs for a computer. He came up with a great deal for me, I ended up upgraded from my orginal budget based on our conversation and I'm glad that I did. I won't buy a computer anywhere else. He had it built and ready within a day. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else, the guys at Best Buy or whatever have no idea what they are talking about. They may seem to if you don't know much about computers but they truly don't. This place went over everything with me and I was very impressed.

Geewiz, I don't know where you people went, but the service I got was nothing of the sort. I would say professional, but personable is a better choice. The service was fast and the repair was easy on my cash. I will be back and telling my friends about them.

this company is horrible DO Not go here all the 5 star review are written by them (check dates) such a bad company have to write there own reviews. Took my computer here they had it for 2 weeks and kept saying come back never fixed. also do not buy a computer her battary doesnt work on most. Look up all reviews before you drop off your computer and never get it back!

So I drop my computer off a week before Christmas and it takes until almost New Year's to find out what is even wrong with the computer. Supposedly, it's the motherboard. So when I get it back mid-January, the screen settings were wrong, and when the guy was showing me that it was working, it wasn't. Then, when I get it home, within a week, my computer locks up on me because he installed his version of Windows to which he never gave me a key. So I was completely unable to use the computer. His response, ""bring it back in and we will fix it for you."" So I did, for an additional $50.00. BTW, after he replaced my motherboard, he never bothered to download the drivers for the new sound card on the motherboard...so I have no sound on my computer and the nice surround sound speakers I got as a gift for Christmas are still just sitting in the box. So anyway, I had a friend download the drivers for the sound card and because the ""repair"" (using this term as loosely as I can) guy created his own administrative settings, I can't download updates, drivers or install any new hardware because I don't have administrative privileges. If I could give a ""0"" star rating, trust me, I would!!!! You'd be better off paying more money to have less hassle!

If you leave your computer or electronic item there for repair they will keep it and tell you, you have to buy a new one from them. Please be careful they have got me twice. Do not shop here at all ..... Not only is the customer service bad. They don't know what they are doing. Simple things like cleaning up your files to make your system run fast, yes they can do that. so can you.\r This is the worst place i have ever seen. They take your system, quote the price and you're lucky to get it back in a month. Spend the extra money so your system is RIGHT. STAY THE HELL OUT OF THIS PLACE \r AND PASS THE WORD....\r
