Manders Dental Laboratory

Two years ago my husband and myself purchased premium upper dentures and lower partials. We purchased the expensive dentures knowing that it is five years before our dental insurance would replace any dentures. My husband was eating a chocolate bar and during the biting two front teeth on the upper denture came out and stuck in the chocolate. WHAT A SURPRISE!! I called and ask about having the teeth replaced/glued and was told that it would be $75/tooth. I am not willing to pay that much for poorly constructed dentures so I ask about a reduced price but was told because he didn't return for teeth cleaning that they would/could not repair the dentures for a reduced price. Our insurance has changed and Manders is not on our plan any longer. Besides, cleaning his four teeth on the bottom has nothing to do with the upper denture. Customer service is very important and I hope you know that there is none at this dentist lab.

I admit I read reviews before I went to Meanders and was worried because I was going to

somewhere else for my tooth extractions. All reviews were ugh but truely I thought the service was good. They are relaxed, family friendly, predominantly black, fast and cheap. I told the assistant and Dr.Collins I was nervous about the procedure. They then reassured me went over my out of pocket expense which was 79$ for two teeth. It was completed within 10 mins. Great job Dr.Collins I'm pain free.

Also they found an error where my previous Dentist wrongfully charged me on my insurance.

Where do I start! Do NOT waste your time, money or patience at this dental office. They are very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. I was quoted one price and was told to pay much more when the work was not even done yet. Then I was told I would get a refund and never did. I asked about this but said that it was a mistake and no refund would be coming. The partials do not fit right after MANY trips to get them adjusted. I asked for my money back to times and was told that they would not do it. I finally walked out I was so disgusted. If I did not have to give them one star rating I wouldn't. I you don't pay attention to these reviews then you will only be disappointed and disgusted also.

I arrived at the office to be greeted by a nasty woman at the desk,talking about I owe for a bill.Okay. I stated I have insurance and she went on to say the company mail me the check instead of the business. I stated okay.Let me look into it but now my tooth is killing me......So she stated that we will not see you until this is paid(what happened to the no credit check,payment plan). Okay,by this time her voice had gotten louder, I pulled out my credit card and paid them and walked out of the door.Went around the corner to a dentist, they greeted me,assisted my need.

By the way, I shorten what happened so whoever reads this would follow what I am saying. Go there if you like but I will NEVER step foot in there again and in my company I state what happened to me and where so we are trying to remove them from one of the opitions to vist.

I used this office for my crown, and besides them being very slow I had no problems..... until I got a $300 bill in the mail 3 months later.

Apparently they "estimated" what my costs would be only to find out not everything was covered.

Poor service. It is their job to know what they should charge a customer, and I understand a small variance, but to be off by $300 is just plain rude.

I will no longer, and do not reccommend anyone else go to this office.

Very courteous service, exceptional response to regular visits and emergencies. Very affordable prices.
