When I called to complain about the number of shrimp in my dish, the clerk on the phone told me that if I didn't like what happened that I should not order anymore. I never asked for a refund and I don't want my money refunded.
I have been ordering for approximately two (2) months now and I find that attitude pretty arrogant. My other orders have been great except for the last one. The delivery service has been prompt and professional. However, I wonder what would have happened if I had gotten sick from the dish. (which I am not ill)
The ability to listen to customers and accept criticism is sorely lacking with this restaurant. It is a take it or leave mentality.
