This place deserves no stars!
This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I continued to bring my children here for their physicals because I like their doctor, Furgeson. I also prefer consistency when it comes to medical records. Because of painfully long waits prior to even seeing the doctor (normally over an hour) I considered taking my son to my PCP for his physical now that he is 17 but reconsidered since this would be the last time we would get to see Dr. Ferguson. Not only did the office inform me that they made a mistake and Dr. Furgeson would not be in but we again waited over an hour to see another doctor. Whay I will say is this the perfect facility if you are of Hispanic descent. I made it known before that the office is biased even racist as they call in all Hispanic patients and families IMMEDIATELY!!! You can guarantee that if you are anything other than Hispanic you will be looked over and forced to wait painstakingly long periods of time before you can see a doctor. This visit I was absolutely fed up and requested to speak to a manager who I believe was just an assistant nurse they brought out to talk to me. Th e "manager" ensured me that I would be the next patient to see the doctor when that's not what happened and again, another Hispanic family who just walked in was called next to be seen. Take my advice, If you have other options or insurance coverage outside of peach state, well care or any other government funded insurance take your business someplace else!

If i could have given this place no stars i would have. I have been visititng the South Cobb drive location for a year and never again. The front office staff is the worst experience i have ever had. Lily was the most rude person and left my sick child waiting for 2.5 hours. She laughed when i complained and spoke about me to the other lady's whom laughed and I left. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. I tried giving them multiple chances and finally have taken the time to switch PCP and felt the need to warn other mom and dad's to not waste anytime here. They misplaced my youngest shot records and I believe pushed us into things we did not need at all. They over charge and even charged me a no show fee for canceling a well apt the day of when the nurse advised me not to bring my child in with a low grade fever. unorganized, rude, and slowest moving office.
