My name is Jennifer Brown and I one of the managers at Atlanta Road Body Shop. In reply to Devotional Y's negative review.

This vehicle was not repaired by Atlanta Road Body Shop.

Allstate uses our facility for a drive in location.

The Allstate adjuster is employed by Allstate not Atlanta Road Body Shop.

We do not have any control over what Allstate or any insurance company approves or disapproves in regards to a claim.

This review is unfair to Atlanta Road Body Shop as we had absolutely nothing to do with this person's insurance claim or repairs.

I was in my very first car accident at the expense of the other driver, and my car was towed to Atlanta Body Shop which was highly recommend by a co-worker of mine who use to he an adjuster for State Farm. Rob who handles claims I am assuming was excellent by keeping me informed as to what was going on with my car. Brett who works there was always so pleasant on the phone each time I called for an update. They are A1 In customer service and I was truly satisfied with the end result and will recommend them to everyone that needs body work done.

Do not take your car here!! The adjuster does not listen to the customer. The adjuster works with Allstate and they don't fix all the repairs! My car was vibrating after a collision with an Allstate driver and I took my car there to get an estimate. My car was in a body shop for almost 3 weeks and the adjuster denied the vibration claim stating it was wear and tear. I didn't have the vibration until my accident. What a terrible experience. These people don't listen to the needs of the customer and will leave you vulnerable!

The quality of work is by far the best I have ever seen! I am very impressed and thankful I chose Mr. Dempsey and the crew! I recommend everyone who is need for paint and body issues with their vehicles.
