I purchased a pool stick from Carlton, out of his garage (this should have been clue number 1) and the stick was warped something awful!! When I called to return the bad stick and get a refund Carlton answered the phone and I told him the stick was warped. He told me to contact him when I decided what I wanted to do and he would do it. When I did call, Carlton's wife answered the phone and said that she told me to have contacted them within the week, which was NOT true because I never even had a conversation with her, I spoke to Carlton himself!? But, as I suspected, when I called his wife did a 180 and told me they would not take the stick back. They did NOT make it right!!!! Terrible place to buy pool sticks!! Their sticks are warped and no good!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!! Wonder how good of a job they do setting up peoples pool tables. I guess if the pool table fell down they would blame it on their customer?!!! I reported them to BBB!!!

this place is the best in service. has very friendly employees who get the job done quick and efficiently.
