Mr Tobacco

I've been coming to Mr. Tobacco for almost a year and a half. It has become my go-to place for my cigar purchases and just sitting and enjoying a relaxed smoke. Manish and his team are really good folks to chat with and pass some time. Cigars are priced well and the stock of my favorites are always available in quantity. They recently added more hours of operations which is great because now I have more time to enjoy my frequent visits. Additionally, they offer many accessories that help make the overall cigar-smoking experience a true pleasure. The place is a gem tucked away in its quaint location.

I've been coming here for years - well before they moved into a larger location. They have a great selection of cigars at all price ranges as well as accessories. I have purchased 2 humidors from here, cigar cutters and lighters as gifts. The staff is very friendly and helpful and of course, they have a ton of scratch offs and lotto :)

I have been going to this shop for 6 months, purchasing e-cig supplies. I was there last week to purchase a battery and tank. The clerk sold me a tank that leaves a large gap between the tank and battery, which looks stupid. When I returned there with my purchase (boxes and all) and they wouldn't make it right. I am quite disappointed with the service I received. Over a $10 tank, they have lost a customer. I have spent hundreds of dollars there on supplies and it means nothing to them. What ever happened to customer service in this country? Although the clerk was very nice and did try to help me, he wanted me to purchase more supplies to fix my problem. I have told many friends about this place, and now I have to take it all back. Apparently there's a place across the street called Clouds, in the Uncle Giuseppe's shopping mall. How convenient! Clouds, here I come!
