Killpatrick Construction paving and masonry

DO NOT BE FOOLED! This is the same company as "Killpatrick" Construction (notice 2 "L"s - which is the real spelling). The real business has an F rating on Better Business Bureau, so they created a new listing that only has one "L". They have multiple phone numbers and addresses, but it's the same company, headed by Gerard Berry Sr.

They removed my old driveway and were supposed to expand and install a new one, at 2" thickness of asphalt. We started having problems a month after they were done, and by the following spring, we had weeds growing everywhere in our new driveway.

Their "solution" was to spray weed killer and wait a few weeks. They did this twice, and I still have new weeds growing through. They tried to have a 3rd party driveway sealer come out and seal over the whole thing -- he (the sealer) told me he wouldn't touch it because of the issues. And it's clear to see that there is less than 1" of asphalt when there should have been 2.
