Hartley Family Dentistry

I could not be happier with the treatment that I received from Hartley Family Dentistry. They made my visit a pleasant one, which has not been the case in my previous visits to other dental clinics. The staff is very welcoming and made the process of entering a new office a breeze. I had a lot of concerns about the treatment that was needed and Dr. Brian Swanson explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. My next appointment went just as smooth, and best of all there was no pain. I would highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Brian Swanson to anyone. The fees are incredibly reasonable and the billing department made arrangements to allow me to get the treatment I needed. I will not go anywhere else!

Dr. Swanson has always been caring, and I have always thought he has offered great dental care. A good dentist, if you're in the area!

Hartley Family Dentistry represents everything a dentist office should represent. For starters, the receptionists are very friendly. They greeted me with smiles and conversation which made me feel very welcome. Dr. Hartley was the dentist I was going to see but I could not get in soon enough so I saw Dr. Swanson instead. The first dentist I saw in South Milwaukee said that I would need multiple root canals and crowns. But because I was in the process of moving, I came in to Hartley Family Dentistry for a second opinion. I have family members and friends that are patients of this dental office so I gave them a shot.



I have never had a more compassionate, caring, genuine dentist in my life! Like many other people, I have dental anxiety due to bad experiences in my past. Dr. Swanson made me feel so comfortable and understood my anxieties. His humor helped calm my nerves and I was very thankful for his professionalism. After my examination, he thoroughly explained all the options I had for treating my teeth. I appreciated his honesty as he helped me weigh the pros and cons of each option. Dr. Swanson even tried saving me money!!



He stated that since I was not having sensitivity with my teeth, there could be a possibility to fix the teeth in question without root canals. I decided on a treatment plan and I returned for it a few weeks later. Dr. Swanson took the extra time and removed my cavities which saved me from getting the root canals I dreaded. As I left that day, he told me to call if I had any questions or complications. I got a call from him the next day (was a Saturday) to see how I was doing. That gesture really impressed me considering that no other dentist has ever done that for me!



Months passed and I went in for a cleaning. One of my teeth that he had previously worked on was causing me sensitivity so he made a quick adjustment for me at no charge. He then called me a week later to check how the tooth was feeling. Taking time away from his personal life to check on me showed me how much he really cares about his patients. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Swanson and the enjoyable experiences he has provided me with. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!
