Love the service prices and the owner!!

I needed to get a couple things embroidered and explained what I was looking for, then asked for samples to look at to confirm we were discussing the same logo. The girl at the desk said she did not know where the samples were and that the guy who did the embroidery was not there. I asked if she knew when he would be back so I could swing back by, she then said she would just have him email me pictures of the logos.



A week went by with out any communication from the store so I called to check on the status. They said they were about to do them and they would be ready the next day. I explained I never received the emails and then overheard a man get upset saying "tell her...." and then he took the phone. He was very rude and acted like I was nuts for wanting pictures. He said he couldn't send me pictures and then admitted to things like he didn't care for the designs he had but he would just pick one to put on!! So for obvious reasons I told him never mind and I would just come pick my items up.



When I got there I asked for my items and then to speak with the man I spoke with on the phone. He approached me in an aggravated manner asking me to step in his back office, as to prevent the other customers from overhearing the situation. Uncomfortable with that I declined and asked for his name. He replied Gerry. I then asked if he owned the store which infuriated him and he began to yell at me saying he could see where this was going and demanded I leave the store immediately for there was nothing for us to discuss. I tried to explain that I thought he should listen to why I was unsatisfied, but couldn't talk because of his yelling. He yelled at me to leave or he would call the police to remove me. Uncomfortable with the situation I did leave and then wrote an email to him, thinking he really should read how ridiculous this whole situation has become. All I wanted was to see what I was paying for him to put on my already expensive gifts. Instead he replied with "I hope your lawyer is as good as mine" and a threat to take me to court for defamation of character because I was forwarding the email on to the group of people I originally told about his store.



As you can imagine I am shocked and disturbed by this experience and obviously do NOT recommend this store! Disappointed that one star is the lowest rating!
