        Made an appointment 5 days in advance to get an oil change and a set of 4 new tires. Snowstorm on the day scheduled. Got there and told them I needed the vehicle back in a

        bout 4 hours. They told me "there are about 7 people ahead of you, we'll need the vehicle for about 6 or 7 hours." I guess that during a snowstorm is when people who have procrastinated for months decide to get new tires. Didn't matter that I had an appointment - they took "walk-ins" ahead of me. I've actually been happy with the mechanical service work I've had done there but will find another tire dealer who actually wants my business.

        Very competent friendly service. Best waiting room anywhere. Very fair with us. Did not try to sell us more than we needed.
