Party City

Watch the return policy here. I went back the following day after I found I had purchased the wrong Disney Princess items. They have a return policy but it didn't apply to any of my items. Won't be back. Also, I didn't purchase a costume I looked at because i opened the package and part of the costume was missing. Would really bite if that one is not returnable.

I went here on Saturday to purchase our wedding plates, napkins, etc. I have to say that I was pretty impressed. It looks like such a small building from the outside but once inside I realized that it was actually very large. The right side of the store was all the typical colored tableware, balloons, and serving spoons. The left side led into a whole other side of the store. It had wedding stuff, bachelorette party supplies, and themed party supplies. I was impressed by how large it was. They did have a decent selection on fall-themed plates and tableware which is what we looking for our wedding on Saturday. However, they did not carry enough of the seasonal items. We were only able to purchase napkins with leafs on them because they did not have 200 plates. We ended up buying brown plates in the bulk section. I liked that they had the option of buying in bulk which made it our total a little bit cheaper. The only negative I can find about Party America in Sioux Falls is that the staff is not very friendly. There were no store clerks up front and we didn’t see any of them walking around the store. There would have been no one to help us if we needed it.

Haha I was laughing to the comment below. you really think they were gonna give your money back AFTER Christmas and past there 30 day mark?!? All stores normally only have a 30 day policy. Maybe you should of bought it like 2 days after than when you bought it..Anyways i loved it! Bought fall decoration and it was cheap n great quality! Everybody at the daycare loved it, including the kids! Ordering Christmas decorations soon(:

This company is horrible. There return/exchange policy is horrible and there costumer service is horrible. I bought a costume for my son for Christmas and tried to exchange it for a different size the day after Christmas. Even though I have all my receipts, original packing, etc... there would not exchange it because it has been 32 days. There policy is horrible and now I am completely out $25. DO NOT BUY FROM PARTY CITY.
