Meadow Ridge Apartments

Had a few issues with management, they were very professional about the whole understanding and everything straightened out.

My husband and I lived here at Meadow Ridge for about 3 years. We never had any trouble with our unit. The units were very nice and updated. If we had a maintenance request, they were very prompt about our request. You could hear some traffic noise in the hallway, but our unit was pretty quiet overall.

Lived here for a year and half and was one of the best apartments I've ever lived at. Never had any issues with respect to bugs, or maintenance issues. Apartments were really nice, and my building was pretty quiet overall. While I can see how people could have issues with parking, my roommate and I had our own garage so we never had to worry about parking. But a las, parking always seems to be an issue at any sort of apartments. Having a full washer and dryer was fantastic, and the spaciousness of the place worked out great. I wish I didn't have to move out of state because I wouldn't have minded living there for a longer while. Living on the West Coast now makes me appreciate the low-cost living in South Dakota.

Don't even think about moving here. It's basically a cardboard box disguised as designer style apartments. Cheaply bought, cheaply made - might as well find something for 200-300$ less because that's the equivalent. No parking available. People have to park in the no parking zones and handicap spots or along side garages because there's not enough parking. Barely enough for residents so when guests are invited there's negative parking??? It is that bad. Better be prepared to pay for a garage. When you sign your next year over to these people, make sure you read EVERYTHING you are signing...can you say prisoner? No real water pressure, lack of heat in the water - hope you like taking lukewarm showers - no sound insulation whatsoever; hope you like hearing neighbors doing it or kids crying. Bug problems, noise problems, tenant problems, and yet nothing gets done. It's a real shame I moved here. I would go back in time just to make sure I never signed the lease to these apartments.
