Sioux FAlls 41st street office has moved! I was not aware of that until arriving to pick up my vehicle.. and the site does not have parking for your vehicle - so you need to arrange for a place if you drive in. A deer hit the vehicle on front right just a mile from our hotel on the way home. We limped to the hotel, called the Enterprise roadside assistance. The wait on the phone was over 20 minutes but when they answered the person was courteous, pleasant and the first words "are you ok?" were nice to hear. Since it was Saturday evening, we received a ticket number and instructions to follow the next morning. Again the call wait was long the next morning but again the person on the Enterprise end was very courteous and pleasant and helpful. The person at the counter at Rochester MN Airport Enterprise was a delight and helped us so much and sent us on our way. Overall - a good reminder to take the insurance (DW for sure) because you never know when a deer is going to come out of the ditch, median, etc and give you a reason for having it! thank you !
I picked up my rental in the Sioux Falls airport, the lady that helped me was was very friendly and nice to the customers in front of me but when it was my turn to be helped she became quiet and a little rude. She wasn't very helpful and would not tell me the exact amount she was charging to my credit card, just continued stating that it would be how much I was quoted "...plus 10% or something like that." Other than that it was very easy and nice for my first time renting a car, will definitely use Enterprise again, hopefully I will get a different representative of the company. Car was very clean and exactly as described, turning the key in at 4:30 AM was easy and convenient.
We rented from a Sioux Falls, SD airport and the line was long. There was only one employee who enjoyed lengthy chats with each customer. The car we received was an upgrade and very clean. Returning the rental was confusing at best. No signs telling us we needed to go inside to complete paperwork. The rep told us he couldn't inspent our vehicle for damage as he was expecting an incoming flight! Unbelievable.
