For anyone looking to upgrade their windows, doors, siding, etc. we would strongly recommend Doug Hauser's Accent Windows and Doors. We have been using Doug for over a decade and have always been pleased with his craftsmanship, attention to detail and accommodating approach to pleasing his customers. The great news is that he has also instilled this same brand of business discipline in his two employees, who are simply a delight to work with. We recently had our house resided and evidence of their skilled attention to detail is abundant. They were here for several weeks under brutal cold weather conditions, yet we seldom heard them complain. When they left the site each day everything was meticulously put away and after they left at the end of the job the only thing to indicate they had even been here was a marvelously new, upgraded home. There are not enough rating stars to express how strongly we feel about this company. In an era when true craftsmen with a customer focus are dwindling, Doug and his team are a breath of fresh air!

Over the last few years, I've used Doug Hauser and his crew at Accent Windows & Doors to install various windows, exterior doors, siding and exterior trim. What I appreciate most of all about working with Doug and his crew is that they do exactly what they promise they will do, when they say they will do it, and exactly how it will look when they are done. The other amazing thing about Accent Windows is that no matter how tricky or difficult the installation may seem, they somehow leave the job site cleaner than they found it, with little to no additional touch-up or repairs necessary to the installation site.



Finally, how many times can you say that you dealt with a residential contractor who was so focused on making sure that you receive the biggest bang for your buck for the new windows or doors that you choose to have Accent Windows supply and install? Let's be real, Doug sells windows and doors for a living and he makes additional money installing them. But never once did he ever try to up-sell me. In fact, initially I wanted him to install a top-of-the-line Andersen window, but he patiently counseled me that I could achieve the same look with the same functionality and quality and save $200 per window if I considered a slightly more economical option. Wow, that goes a long way in my book.
