I am a traveling nurse, and am new to the California area. I have an year and half little yorkie that was so in need of a good groom. All I had to go by was the web to try to find a good place for her. Fur Grooming was the only one with a five star rating. Well needless to say that is where I took Kiley to, and I can honestly say they are the best of best. They got to know both Kiley and me, they cuddled Kiley and got her calmed before just bathing her etc... She will definitively go back. The are top notch in my book.
This is a wonderful salon for both my mother's dog and my cat. The ladies are very talented and treat the animals with respect and love. The animals are actually glad to see the groomers, again--and that is something that neither of us have ever expereienced anywhere else. They leave the salon completely groomed, dried, looking and smelling adorable. Nothing but the highest praises for this hard-working salon. The staff love the animals and take great pride in their work. Exellence abounds!!
What a great experience. The groomer came out to talk to me about how I want my dog groomed. We talked about shampoos and different cuts. She was very knowledgeble. The grooming area is open and visible so if I wanted to, I could sit in their lounge and watch TV and watch them groom my dog. They have no crates there. When I did come back to pick up my dog, he was sitting comfortably in a large run with a water bowl. Imagine that. Great place. So glad I found them
