I bought a Jeep Commander and was treated well during the purchase. However, when I decided to cancel my extended warranty I was bullied by the Finance Manager. I came in and was told what a horrible mistake I was making and he bad mouthed my insurance agent for recommending a better warranty than they had sold me. He said it was unethical. He convinced me to go back and do my homework before I canceled. He told me that I got the low interest rate that I did because of the warranty. That is not true. I did my homework and found out that he told me several other lies as well. I called him back at least five times only be told he was with a customer and would call me back. He never did. I had to personally come in AGAIN and since it was his day off, I had his associate sign the request for cancellation so that I would have proof that it would be canceled (I knew he would say he never got it otherwise). I called and called with no return call. After the 60 days was up, I went in again only to find that it STILL was not canceled. Fortunately I had my copy of my request to cancel form that was signed by an employee of the dealership. <br>He was visibly upset and said "he was sorry that he got me such a good interest rate" I told him that was not right for him to say that. He should always be glad to give his customers the best . He tried to charge me $50 and when I said "I don't think that is what the policy says" then he said $25 to cancel my warranty. I had to go find my copy of the warranty to show him that the cancellation policy said there would be no fee. He was rude and argumentative. I am very disapointed in the way I was treated by the Finance Manager.
