A Cut Above Tree Service

My husband scheduled to have 4 trees removed on a day when he would be home. The day the work was supposed to be done, the guy did not show, so my husband had to call him and he said his equipment got tied up with another job and we would reschedule for the following week. We never heard from him and my husband again called and left a message. No return call. This is not only inconsiderate, but unprofessional. If he didn't want or did not need the work, I wish he would have just said so.
