Spunk Fitness

I used to look forward to my workout but things have changed over the past several weeks. One of the woman's toilet has to be replaced and the order is over 4 months old! Now it appears that the staff was ordered not to order any more paper towels to wipe the equipment surfaces. Are we expected to use the one towel allotted to us for the equipment and to freshen up!? Ugh!!!!!
Then the scale has not been replaced for over 2 months and the disinfection lotion has been removed. What is going on!!!????

The floor of women locker room was dirty, trash bin full to the rim, toilet tissue on the floor, rusty metal lockers, dark shower rooms and ripped shower curtains. It is a typical old and run down facility.



I signed up this facility because I was told they had dry sauna, but most of time the dry sauna temperature control didn't work and the room had foul smell.



After a few times, I stop going, because I was afraid that I might bring germs back to my apartment.

I don’t know why this place has such high rating; maybe unsatisfied customers just left and didn’t bother to write a comment.

members beware they promise amenities but nothing is 24 hours and the gym is maintained filthy the locker rooms dirty and restrooms are never clean or flushed I will never go there again even if I would receive a free membership!!

Spunk fitness has allowed me to come to the gym right after work, and get a good workout in, and be back home in time for dinner and spend time with my children. Its a great relief for my busy life.

Spunk fitness is so convenient for my. Its close to my house, and my job. I love when I come there is no wait for the treadmill. I can get in and out with my workouts and feel great for the day.

Spunk Fitness has helped me a great deal to achieve my fitness goals. They have a ton of cardio equipment which has helped me increase my stamina, and they have a large selection of weights (machine and free) that have helped me maintain muscle tone. I'm not trying to bulk up, so it is a perfect balance for me.

I have just joined the club and I like it so far. I signed up for personal training as well and my trainer George is the man. Not only does he support and value my fitness and overall goals, he does wonders for my self-esteem. Big thumbs up!!

I come to Spunk Fitness almost every day. I am preparing myself for the Army, and I need to lose weight and gain muscle. Ive lost a lot of fat already and built muscle. I love it here, its my home away from home.

I try to make it to Spunk Fitness almost every day. The facility and the staff are very motivating, I get pumped up to work out. Since I have joined I have loss 15 pounds of fat. I have made some amazing life changes.

I’ve been a member for several months now and I really enjoy it. I like using the treadmill for walking, and using the incline really firms my legs and thighs. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Ive been a member of Spunk Fitness for 2 years now and I love it. Don, my personal trainer, is excellent. The price is great, and the convenience to my office is perfect, and I like the cleanliness. All around awesome gym!!!

Spunk Fitness has helped me out greatly. I’ve increased my cardio and my time that I am able to spend on the treadmill. Ive also learned the importance of weight training, and now I do that regularly. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now, and really enjoy myself.

I like coming to the gym when I am able to. It helps that it is so close and extremely affordable. If continue to go on a regular basis I know that I will improve on many of the things I am physically trying to change.

When I joined my main goal was to lose weight and be healthy. I have lost several pounds and I have a much easier time falling asleep. That means wonders for me.

The environment is welcoming. The TV's permit a smoother and longer time on the ellipticals. It helps that the gym has cardio theatre in every piece of cardio equipment, and they have A LOT!!! I have also taken advantage of the Personal Trainers (compel fitness), and they have really helped me to meet my goals.

I've just recently joined, and Spunk has everything I need and more. My goal is to get back in shape, and I know I can do that here. Spunk also provided me with a free assessment, which made me understand exactly what I need to accomplish.

I joined Spunk mainly because of the price, but everything you get with it is amazing. There is so much stuff to do. I do free weights, cardio, and can really push it hard. The staff is amazing, always so helpful and nice.

I was looking for a place that was convenient, affordable, and had a great variety of equipment. I definitely found it here at Spunk Fitness. I even got my husband to join. He loves it too.

I have already lost 80 pounds, and I joined Spunk last year. I am just trying to maintain my current weight and get toned. I pay $9.99 per month, which makes it extremely affordable, and allows me and my husband to have our own memberships. We are very happy.
