I ordered a 45-inch pool online and went to the store to pick it up. It took 45 minutes. the pickup desk wasn't staffed for a long time. When someone did get there, they couldn't find the merchandise even though we'd gotten the e-mail saying they'd set it aside. A manager told an employee to get the pool and bring it back and the employee just stood there. Finally, I got the pool myself and brought it back to the pickup desk, which was again unstaffed. I complained afterwards to online customer service and they offered $2 off my next visit.

The worst
I realize that Kmart is not doing well nationally, but shopping at this particular location is akin to haggling for goats at a stall in Agra. There's no a/c in the summer and no heat in the winter. NO one who works there speaks English, and there are never very many people working there to begin with. The store is dirty and they have very poor selection. Avoid like the plague.

Kmarts in general are pretty bad, but this one takes it to a whole new level. NO AC or heat, everything is a mess, the store is dirty, and no one speaks English. Other than that it's great.
