I’ve the opportunity to utilize the services of BMW of Silver Spring for a few years now. Without fail, my experience has been outstanding whenever I have had to have my vehicle serviced. For example, the video review they send of any work done whether routine maintenance or repair is a very helpful benefit. However, the biggest benefit is customer service which is provided by service representatives. My service representative is Grant King and he has been nothing short of excellent each and every time. Grant has always communicated any updates and recommendations. Grant as always been professional and courteous. Grant never fails to follow up after service is completed. As stated, BMW Silver Spring has great service. There is a concerted effort to provide an overall great experience. That goes for the the front desk to the sales staff. I have never walked the showroom without employee or employees checking on me to see if I need anything. I would highly recommend this dealership and if you can get Grant King as a service representative, your experience would be even better.
