BUYER BEWARE--do NOT purchase ...

BUYER BEWARE--do NOT purchase Lazar furniture! Totally lacking in customer service. Loved the design of the furniture but it was delivered with the wrong legs, and within a couple of months began to look old and worn. They did not stand behind the product, and the store where I made the purchase took care of it on their own dime. On top of that, when I contacted Lazar directly they were very rude to me.

Very disappointed with the quality and workmanship of chairs I purchased from Lazar through my local retailer. These supposedly high end chairs were so poorly upholstered they had to be returned to the factory for repair. Upon delivery of the "repaired" chairs they are still well below the quality that can be found on much lower priced chairs. Additionally, one chair had to be repaired at my own expense in my home. Some of the flaws are beyond repair and I chalk it up to a lesson learned. Ironically, I chose Lazar because I wanted to support an American made product.
