Kim J is awesome! I have had color, high lights, cut and hair extensions and have always loved the results!

In have been going to Kim's Salon for over 5 years. I have gotten everything from extensions to just a basic haircut/highlight and I am always very happy! Kim J is stylish and knows all the current hair trends. I appreciate this here in small town Arizona.

I have never experienced any problems with this salon and would recommend it to anyone and everyone that I meet. All of the employees are really friendly and are very welcoming to everyone. Their prices are very reasonable and what ever I have done always comes out perfect. The friends I have recommended this place to have also enjoyed their experience and have no complaints. I've had hair and makeup done for prom, lashes done for the same, and my hair colored and highlighted and cut.

I've had my eyelash extensions done here for a few years and love them! Everyone is super friendly and the salon looks nice and clean. Definitely would recommend.

I always come here and have never had a problem. Kim J has listened to what I've wanted, and delivers every time. I feel a great stylist can see the finished product before ever starting the process and Kim J is one of those stylists. I have referred a ton of my friends to her and they have never had a bad experience.

I recently made an appointment to trim the ends off my daughters hair with miss Kim J. Now, every time I look at my daughters hair my blood boils. My daughter's hair came down to her bottom. Now it is shorter than her mid back. I showed Kim J a visual of how much I wanted cut off and also said " just cut an inch off". There was a debate weather how much an inch was. Not exactly sure what happened next but we came to an agreement and she began to cut her hair. I stayed in front of my daughters sight to keep her distracted. Once she started cutting she mentioned " oh we may need to cut it a little more" Yet she never showed me or told me how much more. Needless to say when Kim J parted her hair and brought it up front I noticed how much she had chopped off. I voiced my concern stating that her hair was much shorter than I expected and she just shrugged away my concern by stating " Oh, it's still long" . Both my daughter and I voiced how short her hair was but Kim J just kept deminiting our concern by stating it was still very long cus it was below her shoulders. Originaly she had mentioned the price to get my six year olds hair cut would be $19 which I thought was a bit pricy but since I was referred by a friend. I figured I'd give it a shot. Other places charge 11 to 12 bucks and I still think that just for a trim that is a bit high. Just for the tips to be cut off. No styling or shampoo. Well she charged me in the end $14. However, She chopped off my six year olds beautiful hair. I found her to be stuburn, so stuck in her way, inconsiderate and just plain matter a fact. She doesnt really listen or hear out what her customers wants. Takes lightly any concern that her client may have. In the end just does what she wants or what she believes she wants. I have not and will not recommend Kim J and in fact I have made sure to have told all of my friends about this unpleasant experience. I also came to find out that for other six year olds she charges $11 bucks. So basically the impression I get is she just feels you out and charges on whims. Normally I wouldn't have payed and I would have given her a piece of my mind but I didn't want to ruin it for my friend whom may still want to use her or not. I didn't want to burn my firends bridge.
