        I waited 25 minutes to pick up an order I ordered on-line, so I called the restaurant and this girl came out with a huge attitude. She was really rude

        SLOW SERVICE

        I've never found a single BWW that I'd go back to just for the service because they all suck at it, but this one is ridiculous. Waiting almost a half hour for two salads because the kitchen staff is all new is beyond belief and reason.
