We broke down in our motor home on a trip to Portland from Tennessee. The emergency brake assist which fits on the back of the transmission went out and the repair shop could not remove it from the back of the transmission. This problem forced us to replace the transmission costing us over$6000 on a vehicle that had just under 15,000 miles. Sauder’s treated us great and made the repairs as quickly as possible. They even loaned us a van to go to the Motel 6 for the night. We were greatly disappointed with Ford Motor Co. who would do nothing to help us because the vehicle was out of warranty. Sauder’s really came through for us.

We're from out of state and were passing through on the 80 and realized our vehicle needed some repair. We got into Sauder's immediately. We had to wait till the next day for them to complete the repairs, so the owner made sure we had transportation to everything we needed while we waited. AAA is fortunate to have registered this company with them. Too bad we don't have someone this good back home! It could have been a hugely stressful situation and he made it much easier to deal with.
When I was on a recent road trip and had problems with my truck, I was very worried about finding a repair shop that I could trust would do the right job (after all, I was going to have to take my truck somewhere I had never been before). I ended up going to Sauder's because it was the closest to my location. They were able to fix the problem right away, and did not over charge me for the job. I am so happy I found such a good company.
