        Worst customer service ever. GM is a ignorant worker. I have done my share of fast food and customer service. When I say both was sorry, I mean it was sorry. I ordered a family size of jumbo popcorn chicken and family size tots. Now let me know if I'm wrong, does fast food restaurant order their food from your local grocery store or do they order from companies that gives them a quantity of food in bags that comes in boxes? So why do the manager count how much the individual food portion. If I order a family size meal I expect an amount that serves 4 people not 2. Then on top of that she tells me she's only going to replace only my tots when your employees screwed my order up. Uncooked tots and popcorn chicken is enough for me to say, hey don't spend money on these dumb ghetto wannabe workers and GMs in these fast food restaurants.

        This Sonics is horrible. I've sat at this drive up for over 20 mins before anyone answers me. In drive thru, it's the same. They need a better system of taking orders and letting you know that someone will be right with you. Its just bad..........

        The worst sonic ever. My total was $7.81 so I gave the girl $22.81 she hands me my food and drinks with no napkins. I thought she was suppose to give me my change back first so I told her ma'am you didn't give me my change back. She gets an attitude and says so you just want your $10 back. I say yes I hope you didn't think I was giving it to you. She hands me $1 I say no you owe me $15. My thing is if you can't count you should just flip the burgers and leave the counting up to someone that can.
