I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. I dropped off two motors to have "checked out" they said no charge for checking them out. I received a call that afternoon that the motors would be 340$ to have "repaired" I declined to have them repaired at this time. I was then told I would have to pay 20$ per motor to get the motors back. I said that was not what I was told. The lady said because they broke down the motors I had to pay for there time. I never asked them to break down the motors. I just wanted to find out if they worked. They told me it was standard that they replace the bearings and seals in all motors. Now when I go to get my motors and pay the 40$ the motors are in pieces. If I want my motors back like they were when I dropped them off it would be 80$. From what I can tell there was nothing wrong with motors and only a impeller that was bad. So now I go from having 2 working motors with a bad impeller to two boxes of parts. When I called to say I wasnt having them repaired the lady ran out and put a sign on the counter about 20$ per motor. That sign was not there when I dropped off the motors. What a great way to do business! I would stay away from this company. This lady made such a huge deal over 40$
