Tough steaks not cooked as requested. Will never go back to the Shreveport one

My friend and I come in town a...

My friend and I come in town and eat here frequently. The food is great, service good,good bar. Never a complaint. Steak cooked as I order.

Horrible service

Service is incredibly slow, especially at lunch. Store management is disengaged, at best. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Excellent Server named "Eugene"

My husband and I went to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse on Youree Dr. in Shreveport, La. November 23, 2010... We had a server named "Eugene"... He was the best server we have ever had at any restaurant AND SUCH A DELIGHT.....
