First Wave Towing & Car Care

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husbands truck broke down 10/14/16 on the side of an interstate. Really long story short, we waited almost 3 hours for these guys to get to us. The original ETA was 1 hr to 1 hr 15 minutes. They never showed and never called. After my first call to ask their ETA after waiting for 1 hr 30 min, I was then forwarded to voicemail after waiting a total of 2 hours. I am DISGUSTED with their lack of customer service and care of their customers. They are in the towing business but don't want to do towing work! Ridiculous! Will never recommend this business to anyone for any type of work.

These guys said they could take care of my brakes cheaper than Meineke, which was where I'd originally wanted my car towed. In an attempt to support a local business, I agreed to let them bring it here and fix it. That was Wednesday. They said on Thursday that it would be done first thing Friday morning. I called at 10 Friday and they hadn't even started. I got to the shop before 1 and was told at 1:15 that it would be 15-20 minutes more. It's now 2:43 and I still have not received any new information aside from being told it takes "just a minute" to do stuff. This came from the owner, who was the one who told me an hour and a half ago that it would be 15-20 mminutes. He has refused to give me any sort of discount on account of the ridiculously inaccurate time frame. I will never use this shop again and would suggest that you don't either. They are clearly not interested in providing services in anything remotely resembling a timely manner.
