Today my daughter and I went to this salon to get our nails done . We have been loyal customers for a year now. My polish was chipping and my daughter had one broke nail . It's only been 3 days that we both got a full set . Any way her nail was repaired and the tech polish her nails ..... My nails was repolish , we normally pay before nails are polish . So we both assume it was free cause no payment was ask for. So as we were walking out , a male tech says ma'am you didn't pay . I said ok , it's only been a few days . The male tech said "so "he became so argumentative!!! I was shocked , this dude customer service was none !!! I then looked at the owner and said we wil not be back .... Thinking she will turn the situation around .... Not !!! She says a OK THATS FINE !!! I'm telling family and friends about this terrible customer service!!!
